Ming Tang is a PhD candidate at TU Dublin and a full-time lecturer at the College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Hunan Technology and Business University where she teaches courses such as “Entrepreneurship Practice” and “Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Foundation”.
Ming Tang is also a senior lecturer for the Entrepreneurship Training Lecturer Group of Changsha Entrepreneurship Guidance Center.
In 2018, her students won the second prize of the “National University Enterprise Value Creation Competition” and was awarded the title of “Excellent Instructor”.
Ming Tang presided over Hunan’s provincial teaching, research and reforms on:
- Cross-Cultural Research on Entrepreneurship Intention Formation Mechanism and Cultivation Model
- Research on the Relationship between Entrepreneurship Intention and Entrepreneurship Self-efficacy of College Students (18C0616)
She also presided the innovation-driven project “CEIBS College Students’ Entrepreneurship Intention Formation Mechanism and A Comparative Study on the Effects of Entrepreneurship Self-efficacy” (19QD08).
