Mediade company, established in 2005, is recognized in business and wider community for its content marketing and innovation communication work. Three main pillars of Mediade scope of work are communication, marketing and knowledge transfer. The company collaborates with established international companies (Danfoss Trata, Heineken, Fotona, Bisnode, Novo Nordisk, BIA Separations etc.) and dynamically growing SMEs (LOTRIČ Group, Blaj fasteners, VARIS Group, Agromehanika etc.) as well as public institutions (Ministry of Education, Science and Sport; Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities; National Education Institute Slovenia; Slovene Human Resources Development and Scholarship Fund). The core team consists of 9 members (journalists, communication (PR) and marketing professionals and project managers; receiving regular montly payment) plus established Marketing Trust® network of 13 project contractors (designers, writters, web developers, video producers).
The outputs of the Mediade work are publications (magazines, books, brochures), video materials, infographics, events, press kit materials, media relationships, communication strategies, as well as concepts, methodologies and network curation.The company is also established in the professional environment as an expert partner of Manager Association of Slovenia, with a continuous collaboration of 14 years in the field of conference programmes, professional management magazine and Include.All international diversity&inclusion project. Being part of the inception of the national fastest growing companies contest Gazelle the Mediade team is responsible for the methodology of the contest that is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2020. Mediade team also led the process of methodology development of the national employer of the year contest Golden Thread, conducted with representatives of the HR and management communitiy professionals, target users (companies) and academic environment,. Besides the development process Mediade is responsible for the appropriate annual implementation of the methodology as well as the promotion and brand development. Mediade also led the methodology of the Golden Thread best practice contest as well as certification process recognizing the role models in intergenerational collaboration.
