Human Resources in SMEs

As part of the GETM3 Project, we spoke with Ed Crotty about how he manages his employees at his SME Heritage Homecare. Ed Crotty is the founder and Managing Director of Heritage Homecare, which provides homecare across South Dublin from its offices in Dun Laoghaire and Dundrum. Prior to this Ed held a variety of business and management positions over a twenty year period. Ed was a Director of Peamount Hospital from 2009 to 2018. He also serves as the current Chair of Home and Community Care Ireland.
