{"id":538,"date":"2024-06-11T13:19:16","date_gmt":"2024-06-11T13:19:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ascnet.ie\/getm4\/?page_id=538"},"modified":"2025-05-07T14:21:22","modified_gmt":"2025-05-07T14:21:22","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ascnet.ie\/getm4\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>About<\/h1>\n<h6>Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 4<\/h6>\n<h1> <font color=\"#ec2329\"> Who<\/font> <font color=\"#2c3391\">are we?<\/font> <\/h1>\n<p>Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 4 (GETM4) is an international, interdisciplinary research and innovation project funded by the EU\u2019s Horizon, UKRO and the South Korean Education Ministry to the tune of 1.5 million euros over four years towards <strong>Physical and Mental Wellbeing in a Disrupted World via Entrepreneurial Action Underpinned by Responsible Digital Innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are a community of educators and researchers from 18 universities and industry bodies from Africa, Asia, Europe and South America who have been working with <strong>young entrepreneurial people, Higher Education Institutions, employers and different societies across the globe<\/strong> aiming to find out how the entrepreneurial talent of individuals can be used to tackle challenging problems and exploit the opportunities caused by disruption and rapid change of all kinds, focusing on physical and mental health in the digital workplace.<\/p>\n<h1> <font color=\"#ec2329\"> Our<\/font> <font color=\"#2c3391\">Mission<\/font> <\/h1>\n<p>Our mission is to make a difference by collaborating across boundaries in a welcoming international team<\/p>\n<h1> <font color=\"#ec2329\"> Our<\/font> <font color=\"#2c3391\">Mantra<\/font> <\/h1>\n<p>\t\tDoing differently makes a difference\u00a0\t\t<\/p>\n<h1><font color=\"#2c3391\">Our<\/font><font color=\"#35B658\"> Multidimensional<\/font> <font color=\"#2c3391\">Research Approach<\/font><\/h1>\n<p>Our research is structured around four key dimensions:<\/p>\n<h4>Transnational<\/h4>\n<h4>Transectorial<\/h4>\n<h4>Transgenerational<\/h4>\n<h4>Trandisciplinary<\/h4>\n<p>We engage experts in business &amp; management, law, information systems, computer science, political science, education, sociology, psychology, and economics.<\/p>\n<p>Through staff exchanges, our researchers explore how entrepreneurial talent management can adapt to support <strong>sustainable careers<\/strong> in a digitalized work context,<br \/><strong>helping employers<\/strong> respond to both <strong>disruption<\/strong> and <strong>emerging opportunities<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing the significant changes since our previous project, GETM3, our future research will focus on the <strong>impact of the shift towards digitally-mediated work, study, and collaboration<\/strong>.
