21st of November TU Dublin welcomed the Ethics4EU partners and stakeholders to the launch event for the project.<\/p>\nAfter the welcoming from Prof Michael Devereux (TU Dublin), Dympna O\u2019Sullivan (TU Dublin) gave an overview of the project to the attendees clarifying the objectives and introducing the expected outcomes of Ethics4EU.<\/p>\nAfterwards, the stakeholders were engaged in a<span style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-weight: bolder;\">\u00a0<\/span>Round Table Activity in which they were asked to identify Digital Ethics issues relevant to their own industry. Facilitators lead discussions on 3 questions:<\/p>\n\n<ul >\n \t<li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 0.25rem 1rem;\">What ethical concerns exist in their digital projects and enterprises?<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 0.25rem 1rem;\">What ethical questions do developers need to ask themselves when developing software technology?<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 0.25rem 1rem;\">What types of skills are\u00a0 needed by graduates in relation to digital ethics?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIn the end<em style=\"box-sizing: inherit;\">\u00a0a panel \u00a0responded to round table activities and questions from stakeholders.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Launch event in Dublin!
